ST. JAMES—The Phelps County Public Housing Agency (PHA), located at 4 Industrial Drive in St. James, will be closed Wednesday, Feb. 11 for staff training.

The offices will reopen on the following Thursday at 8 a.m.

Meramec Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) offices will remain open for normal business hours.
