MRPC features Kim Martin to present financing programs

  1. JAMES—Kim Martin, community development program manager for the Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB), will be the featured speaker, presenting MDFB financing program opportunities at the April 14 Meramec Regional Planning Commission (MRPC) meeting.

MDFB offers several financing programs, including the Tax Credit for Contribution (TCC) program and Small Infrastructure Loan (SIL) program, which may be of interest of local governments.
The 7:30 p.m. meeting is open to the public and will be held at MRPC, 4 Industrial Dr., St. James.

Formed in 1969, MRPC is a voluntary council of governments serving Crawford, Dent, Gasconade, Maries, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski and Washington counties and their respective cities. A professional staff of 24, directed by the MRPC board, offers technical assistance and services, such as grant preparation and administration, housing assistance, transportation planning, environmental planning, ordinance codification, business loans and other services to member communities.
