- Providing administration of a CDBG grant for a Quiet Zone for the city of Hermann.
- Provided recycling bins for the 2008 Tour of Missouri event.
- Providing administration of a Downtown Revitalization Phase II for the city of Hermann.
- Providing administration of a Hermann MHDC Home Repair grant.
- Provided technical assistance in the preparation of an ARRA Enhancement grant application in the amount of $87,271 for grant for sidewalk repair/replacement in Hermann downtown.
