- Rank Enhancement Projects: Enhancement projects will be selected on October 18, 2010 for District 9 and in mid-November for District 5. In our region, there are is a possibility of four projects in District 9 and two projects in District 5. The following people will present projects for their communities:
District 5
- Brad Dunnagan and Ronda Thompson – City of Linn Sidewalk Project
- John Nilges, Jerry Hagerman and Carla McDaniels – Linn State Technical College Power Center Plaza
District 9
- Candace Connell – City of St. James Sidewalk Extension and Pedestrian Lane Project
- Linda Wilson – City of Crocker Sidewalk Project along Highway 17
- Lyle Thomas – City of St. Robert Pedestrian Bridge Project
- Willie Johnson and Amy Bryant – City of St. James MoDOT Sidewalk Project
- Willie Johnson and Amy Bryant – City of Salem MoDOT Sidewalk Project
Board Action Required
- Letter to Senator Bond Regarding Senate Bill 3743: SB 3743 is the multi-year SAFETEA-LU reauthorization for federal surface transportation programs. Among other things, this bill will give recognition to Regional Transportation Planning Organizations for areas outside the boundaries of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs). Staff will present a draft letter in support of this legislation for board consideration. Board Action Required
