Board Action Required
- Sign Retroreflectivity Regulations: Heath Pickerill, Missouri-LTAP, will present information concerning the Federal Highway Administration regulation for the new standard for sign retroreflectivity. Current signage does not meet this new requirement. All regulatory signs must be changed to meet this requirement by January 2015.
- Regional Transportation Plan – Goals and Objectives: The RTP is being updated and is due to MoDOT at the end of June. TAC members will review current goals and objectives for any changes.
- Report on MoDOT’s Scope of Work: MRPC staff will update the committee on MoDOT’s Scope of Work and the accomplishments for the year.
- Election of Officers: Per the Bylaws, a Nominating Committee was appointed at the April 8, 2010 meeting. Members appointed were: Darrell Skiles (Dent), Jim Decker (Gasconade), James Kleffner (Maries) and T.R. Dudley (Washington) . The committee met via a conference call on May 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. A sub-committee member will present the nominees for Co-Chairman of District 5, Co-Chairman of District 9 and Secretary. Nominees may also be accepted from the floor. No officer can hold the same office for more than two consecutive terms. Current Co-Chairmen Donald Dodd, Ron Jost and Secretary Richard Huse have now served one term. Board action required.
- Bylaws Changes: Committee will review the changes for the existing Bylaws. Board action required.
