The Phelps County Public Water Supply District #4 will meet at 6:00 p.m., June 7, 2010, in the large conference room of the Meramec Regional Planning Commission.

Operations & Maintenance Report—Dusty Densmore
Operator Dusty Densmore will provide maintenance update for general discussion. District vote needed for invoice payment.

Agenda & Minutes
A copy of the June 7 th agenda and May 3 rd minutes are enclosed in your packet. District vote needed.

Financial Statements – Jodie Branson
Presentation of financial statements for the month ended April 30, 2010. District vote needed.

Old Business

• Board will discuss appointment(s) to the Board.
• Board will discuss inventory at Mid-State Pipeline.
• Board will discuss easement & deed at Lift Station #3.
• MRPC will provide the status of the Falkenrath rental property.
• MRPC will provide an update on the lift station auto dialers.
• MRPC will provide an update on the status of the 2009 audit.

New Business
Election of officers.

Adjournment from Open Session to Closed Session

Closed Session
A closed session is needed to review/discuss any legal action, causes of action or impending litigation. Because this review will contain sensitive and personal information, the board may request a closed session under RSMo 610.021 (1).
