Operator Dusty Densmore will provide maintenance update for general discussion. District vote needed for invoice payment.

Agenda & Minutes
A copy of the March 1 st agenda and February 1 st minutes are enclosed in your packet. District vote needed.

Financial Statements – Jodie Branson
Financial statements for the month ending January 31, 2010. District vote needed.

Old Business

• Board will discuss appointment(s) to the Board.
• Board will discuss inventory at Mid-State Pipeline.
• Board will discuss easement & deed at Lift Station #3.
• Board will discuss Scott Adams connection.
• Board will discuss status of accounts placed with the attorney.
• Board will discuss the property at 14832 PD 2331 that was auctioned in February.

New Business

• Board will discuss insurance claim at 15309 State Route B.
• Board will discuss 2009 audit procurement.
