Financial Statements – Jodie Branson
Financial statements for the month ending November 30, 2009 are enclosed in your packet. District vote needed.

Old Business

• Board will discuss inventory located at Mid-State Pipeline.
• Board will discuss easement at Lift Station #3.
• Board will review proposal for MRPC administration contract renewal. District vote needed.
• Board will discuss procurement policy. District vote needed.

New Business
Board will discuss April 2010 Municipal election.
