The Housing Advisory Board of the Phelps County PHA will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the MRPC office, #4 Industrial Drive, St. James, Missouri 65559.

AGENDA

• Approval of Minutes: Ron Jost, Chairman
  May 13, 2010 minutes are enclosed.
  It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.

• Reasonable Accommodation/Fair Housing Update: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
  Linda will present an update on reasonable accommodation requests and fair housing issues.

• SEMAP Score Indicator #7: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
  Linda will explain SEMAP score and Indicator #7 Expanding Housing Opportunities.
  It is recommended the payment standards be approved at 98% of FMRs .

• Utilization of HAP (Housing Assistance Payments): Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
  Linda will bring the board up to date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for each of the six counties.
