Minutes

May 13, 2010  

Call to Order
Ron Jost called the May 13, 2010 meeting of the Phelps County PHA Housing Advisory Board to order at 5:30 p.m. The meeting was held at the Meramec Regional Planning Commission.

Members Present
Ron Jost, Ed Worley, Ray Schwartz, Randy Verkamp and Robert Reed

Staff Present
Linda Hollandsworth, Linda Loughridge, Jodi Branson, Teresa Murdie and Tammy Rigsby

Approval of Minutes
Randy Verkamp made a motion to approve the Minutes from the March 11, 2010 meeting. It was seconded by Ray Schwartz. The motion carried.

PHA Financials
Linda Loughridge presented the April, 2010 financials. Ray Schwartz made a motion to approve the financials for the PHA. It was seconded by Ed Worley. The motion carried.

PHA 2010-2011 Budget
Linda Loughridge presented the PHA’s 2010-2011 budget and the changes that were made from last years budget. Randy Verkamp made a motion to approve the 2010-2011 budget. It was seconded by Ray Schwartz. The motion carried.

Election of Officers
Ron Jost moved up from Vice Chairman to Chairman. Ed Worley moved up from secretary to Vice Chairman. Robert Reed made a motion to elect Darrell Skiles as the new secretary. It was seconded by Randy Verkamp. The motion carried. The new officers will be effective July 1, 2010.

Administrative Plan Changes/Additions
Linda Hollandsworth presented the board with proposed changes to the PHA Administrative Plan. Randy Verkamp made a motion to approve those changes. It was seconded by Ray Schwartz. The motion carried.

Adjourned
Ray Schwartz made a motion to adjourn at 5:50 p.m. It was seconded by Robert Reed. The motion carried.
