The Housing Advisory Board of the Phelps County PHA will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the MRPC office, #4 Industrial Drive, St. James, Missouri 65559.

Approval of Minutes: Darrell Skiles, Chairman
March 11, 2010 minutes are enclosed.
It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.
PHA Financials: Linda Loughridge, Fiscal Officer
Linda will present a statement of revenues and expenditures for the month ending March 31, 2010. Linda will also present the FY 2010-2011 PHA budget. Both items will need board approval.
Election of Officers: Darrell Skiles, Chairman
All officers shall be elected by the board and shall serve for a term of one (1) year until their successors are elected and shall have qualified. The Fiscal Year of the board shall be July 1 to June 30. At each election, the Vice-Chairman would become Chairman, the Secretary would become Vice-Chairman and a new Secretary would be elected. Present officers are: Darrell Skiles, Chairman, Ron Jost, Vice-Chairman and Ed Worley Secretary.
Administrative Plan Changes/Additions: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Linda Hollandsworth will update the Board on the proposed changes/additions to the Administrative Plan. The proposed changes/additions are attached to this meeting notice.
It is recommended that the proposed changes be reviewed before the meeting so it may be approved without reading.
