January 14, 2010 minutes are enclosed.
It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.
Presentation of Housing Assistance Payments: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Linda will bring the board up-to-date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for each of the six counties.
PHA Plan 5 Year/Annual Plan: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Phelps County PHA is required to submit a 5 Year Plan and an Annual Plan for 2010. A copy of the PHA 5 Year and Annual Plan is enclosed.
It is recommended the plan be reviewed prior to the meeting and the proposed plan be approved.
