HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

Minutes
January 14, 2010  

Call to Order
Darrell Skiles called the January 14, 2010 meeting of the Phelps County PHA Housing Advisory Board to order at 5:42 p.m. The meeting was held at the Meramec Regional Planning Commission.

Members Present
Darrell Skiles, Ed Worley, Randy Verkamp and Dawn Harmon

Staff Present
Bonnie Prigge, Linda Hollandsworth, Tammy Rigsby and Linda Loughridge

Visitors Present

Approval of Minutes
Ed Worley made a motion to approve the Minutes from the October 8, 2009 meeting. It was seconded by Randy Verkamp. The motion carried.

Housing Budget and Financials
Linda Loughridge presented the December 31, 2009 financials. She informed the board that there was no cause for concerns. Randy Verkamp made a motion to approve the financials for the PHA. It was seconded by Ed Worley. The motion carried. Linda Loughridge also informed the board that there were no needed budget revisions at this time.

Linda Hollandsworth discussed the Section 8 Homeownership closings to date. Eleven homes have been sold to housing participants.
