- Call to Order: Bobbie Berger, Secretary/Treasurer
- Approval of Minutes: January 21, 2010 meeting. Need Board approval.
- Financial Report: Approval of May financials. Need Board approval.
- Election of Officers: Bylaws require that election of officers be held yearly, at the June meeting. Officers may hold the same office for a total of three consecutive terms. Current officers: Chairman: Jay Gourley; Vice Chairman: Ed Meiser; Secretary/Treasurer: Bobbi Berger have all served three terms and are not eligible to serve another term in their current capacity.
- MRPC Technical Assistance: MRPC’s contract is up for renewal. Connie Willman will lead discussion on continuing the technical assistance. Need Board approval.
- Proposed FY2010-2011 Budget: Connie Willman will present the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Pulaski County IDA: A representative of the Pulaski County IDA will share the activities of the organization.
