Meramec Foundation Names Board Members The new Meramec Regional Community Foundation has named the inaugural board members who will represent its eight-county area in central Missouri. The Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, will serve Crawford, Dent, Gasconade, Maries, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski and Washington counties outside of any existing CFO affiliate areas. The Board of Directors for the Meramec Regional Community Foundation are: President Laura Antolak; Vice-President Russell Scheulen, who also represents Osage County; Secretary-Treasurer Richard Cavender; Mardy Leathers, Crawford County; David Dittman, Dent County; Gerald Ebker, Gasconade County; Ray Schwartze, Maries County; Wayne Parry, Phelps County; Wayne Morgan, Pulaski County; and Leo Dickey, Washington County. The Meramec Regional Community Foundation is a new venture within the Meramec Regional Planning Commission and represents the CFO’s first collaboration with a planning commission to create a charitable foundation. |
