REGIONAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE OFFICE CLOSED FOR TRAINING
The Phelps County Public Housing Agency, the Section 8 rental assistance center within Meramec Regional Planning Commission, will be closed May 17-19 for staff training. No rental assistance applications will be taken during this time. Inspections will be conducted as scheduled.
The Housing Department will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, May 22.
Applications will be accepted on Tuesday, May 23, and Thursday, May 25, as usual.
Other MRPC offices will be open May 17-19. MRPC and the Phelps County PHA are located at 4 Industrial Drive in St. James and can be reached by phone at (573) 265-4200.
